Mount Olympus Church has three worship services.
We worship through music, the Word, prayer, Sacraments, giving, silence, and joyful celebration.
8:30 a.m. - Traditional. A more classic worship time with hymns, piano and organ and sermon. Child care along with Children's Church is provided.
11 a.m. - Contemporary. This service features contemporary worship songs led by a band with a more relaxed feel. Childcare is provided along with Children's Church.
6 p.m. - The Mount. This service is very relaxed and tends to be more intimate, and for a younger generation. It has music, a sermon and other creative worship elements.
What should I expect at Mount Olympus Presbyterian?
First of all, we love to have guests and enjoy welcoming new people. We know that seeking a new church, or coming to a new church, can be intimidating. Whether you have been a Christian for a longtime, or are just interested in exploring faith, we welcome you.
The sermons are biblical and take people seriously where they are.
You will see people of all generations from newborn to senior citizens. People dress in a variety of ways, but tend to be more casual.
There are Bible studies and classes to build your faith for adults all year round between the two morning services. Sunday School for children takes place September through May.
